Jumper Lampshade

A fun simple cover that we made from an off-cut or  Liberty, Tana Lawn™ and a stretchy fabric to pull over – here a damaged knitted wool top. The dark colour directs the light above and below, which is right for a bedside lamp.

Lampshade slip cover

A quick and easy make that we devised for offcuts and recycled materials.

The skirt is the simplest and need no previous  making  experience – the stretched tube just needs a good eye to arrange the pleats…

The pdf includes: fabric suggestions; cutting dimensions; simple and precise instructions; our tips, guides and watchpoints.

Fabric: a fine cotton lawn, wool or linen for the underskirt; for the top cover anything stretchy, the colour will allow more or less light through.

Level: Any.
