Describes flooring that is fitted to the whole area to be covered. This may be anything from a luxurious velvet pile carpet or to a woven plastic mat.
Soft flooring comes in widths of between 2 – 5 metres, so whether or not joins are needed will depend equally on the chosen flooring and the dimensions of the area to be covered. Where joins are needed, it’s vital to plan and to place them where there is the least traffic.
